It may be expensive and not particularly high-powered (we hear), but brother, that is one good-looking little notebook. We got a couple shots of it on display, but it’s hard to get a feel for the hotness without that nice studio lighting and white background. There’s also a nice overview on video from Netbook News. Looking good, Sony, but if you’re really going to charge two grand for an Atom machine, get ready for some disappointing sales.

Chief Information Officer Linda Cureton announced in a blog post over the weekend that the agency's last mainframe computer was shut down this month, marking an end to decades of room-filling computers.
