Giveaway: ContourHD 1080p wearable HD cam

Did you see my review of the ContourHD 1080p? Well, go check it out so you know whether or not you can make use of this sucker. It’s basically a compact HD camcorder stripped of everything but the lens, sensor, and storage, stuck inside a tiny, semi-rugged aluminum case. It’s for sticking to your helmet or bike frame and documenting all that extreme stuff you do. And we want to give one to you.

All you’ve got to do is tell us something extreme you’ve done lately in the comments. It could be anything. TechCrunch readers, that could be flaming Mike, or being first to put an anti-iPhone comment on one of MG’s posts. CG readers, you might have soldered something lately, or talked to a girl. Personally, my most extreme event recently is very nearly slipping on some ice. That was close!

Seriously though, just put something awesome in there, be it wingsuit-diving or a sweet headshot in Modern Warfare 2. I’ll pick a winner semi-randomly (non-extreme entries will be skipped) in three days and we’ll try to get it out to you before Christmas.

We just came from Hasbro's off-site Toy Fair show room and, keep in mind that, we made them take us straight to the NERF Lazer Tag installation. The guns are still clearly within the early prototype stages and handcrafted -- with numerous hot glue and header pins serving as evidence. Still, they felt solid and the app seems to be coming along nicely. We weren't allowed to take… »
