Polaroid name revived, new products due next month

The famed Polaroid name has been purchased by a new company, after the brand’s previous new owners failed to successfully re-launch it earlier this year. jWIN electronics has drawn up a new licensing agreement that will give it rights to the Polaroid name, and promises to bring new products from the Polaroid brand in 2010, with some reaching shelves as early as January.
