GPS has so many practical uses, and every now and then, folks find new things to do with GPS. Now a recently filed patent application by TeleNav shows some interesting information regarding location-based blogging. With that in place, instead of just tagging location information on a picture or video, TeleNav envisions location-based blogging to be able to categorize geotagged multimedia, offering useful content to the readers. So if you’re looking to see all the pictures taken from the top of a tall building, it should be able to help you out. Another example would be if you’re hiking and want to blog about some information regarding a cave that you found, location-based blogged would certainly come in handy. If you want the nitty gritty on this patent, check out the patent filing.
