Hasbro Boggle Flash enters space age

Hasbro Boggle Flash enters space age

A simple but classic game like Boggle has gotten an update – and this time ushering it straight into the 21st century in the form of Boggle Flash. Instead of being based on a square board with 16 lettered dice to construct game-legal words from, Boggle Flash features five squares with an black and white LCD display that shows a single letter. You are supposed to come up with as many words as possible using all five letters by joining them together within a time limit. All correct words will be recorded, and your total score will be displayed for that round after the time limit is up by joining the five squares together. No idea on pricing, but it is refreshing to see board game manufacturers introduce more digital elements into their offerings to spruce things up a bit.
