Pokéwalker To Come With The Latest Pokémon Game

Pokéwalker To Come With The Latest Pokémon Game

Are we going to see a resurgence of Tamagotchis? Probably not, but that isn’t going to stop Nintendo from offering a Pokéwalker with its latest Pokémon HeartGold and Pokémon SoulSilver versions. The Pokéwalker will allow you to take your favorite Pokémon with you, probably just to show other folks how addicted you are to the game. You’ll be able to transfer any one of your Pokémon from either of those games into the Pokéwalker, and walk them through virtual routes as you walk around in real life. When you walk, you earn Watts, which can be used within the Pokéwalker to encounter and catch wild Pokémon, or even search for hidden items. To make the deal sweeter, there are special versions of certain Pokémon that can only be found within routes on the Pokéwalker. At least you’ll be able to exercise a little with this game, instead of sitting around on your couch. Maybe this will allow you to tell your mom that you’re exercising while playing video games, eh? Come to think of it, they should have introduced this gadget when Pokémon was at the height of its popularity.
