Toshiba TG02 shown at MWC

[MWC 2010] Toshiba was demonstrating its TG02 Windows Mobile (6.5) smartphone in Barcelona. It still has a huge screen (4.1”). Toshiba says that it uses the “Regza” technology (usually found on Toshiba’s TV), but frankly I have no idea about what they mean. If you wonder, the display uses capacitive technology to handle touch. The TG02 has a 1Ghz (QSD82 50) processor too (like the previous one), but Toshiba is promoting its graphics capabilities heavily. There was no demo available, so we will have to wait a bit. It is a slick device, but has nothing in particular to offer besides the larger screen.

It was just a matter of time, we suppose.
