We would have thought that a company like HP would concentrate more on printers as well as computers, but here’s news that they are rolling out a new camcorder for folks who want more than just still images as memories. The HP V1020h is a stylish pocket camcorder that shoots 1080p video, featuring an integrated USB connector, a HDMI port, 128MB of integrated memory and an SDHC memory card slot to further augment it. Expect the HP V1020h to retail for a relatively affordable $109 as it hits the market sometime this summer – at that price point, if it includes all the higher end functions like anti-shake and image stabilization, we’re stoked.
