Bird Feeder doubles up as fake speed camera

Well, retired police officer Bill Angus does the same thing with a specially modified bird feeder that does its job of keeping birds well fed and happy as well as slowing down traffic in front of his home. Of course, now that the cat is out of the bag, chances are most motorists who are in on the game will just speed on anyways – perhaps Bill can turn the tables on them by getting the road transport department to include an actual speed camera in there?
