iPhone 4.0 firmware rumor making its rounds

Seems as though there is a rumor floating around which points toward an iPhone 4.0 firmware that supposedly supports multitasking, a feature that many people have long clamored for to this day. While no more details have been leaked with regard to battery life, memory use and processor consumption issues will be handled, there is still some way to go before version 4 of the firmware reaches anywhere near its final form.
