IM-ME transformed into Spectrum Analyzer
Wednesday, March 17th, 2010
Michael Ossmann has some spare time on his hands, hence having come up with the Spectrum Analyzer on what used to be an IM-ME. This new hack is capable of scanning one frequency at a time, displaying all results in a 132 column graph on the screen. Apart from that, a ribbon cable and header has been thrown into the mix to debug contacts so that future hacks is as easy as plugging in the GoodFET. For the uninitiated, GoodFET is an “open-source JTAG adapter, loosely based upon the TI MSP430 FET UIF and EZ430U boards.”
