iLet Mini HAL starts to ship

The iLet Mini HAL has started to ship, where this one comes with a 7″ touchscreen display at 800 x 480 resolution, where it is running off a VIA 600MHz processor coupled with 128MB RAM, 2GB of internal memory which can be further upgraded to 32GB, Wi-Fi connectivity, LAN support, an optional 3G USB dongle, USB pors, headphone and microphone jacks as well as an SD memory card slot. All of it will run off the Android operating system, and there is word of an 8″ model in the works which comes with a SIM slot for 3G connectivity, although that will debut later this May. The 7? model will retail for $229, and if you decide to purchase at least five, the price will then drop to $199 each.
