Asus Eee PC T101MT shipping this April

The Asus Eee PC T101MT is an interesting netbook since it sports a 10″ touchscreen display that allows you to turn it into a tablet if the need arises. Of course, don’t expect any super high resolution with this puppy since it has a mere 10.1″ capacitive resistive touchscreen display at 1,024 x 600 resolution alongside support for multitouch gestures. Running on Windows 7 Home Premium, the Asus Eee PC T101MT is equipped with an Intel Atom N450 processor, GMA 3150 graphics, 2GB RAM, a 320GB hard drive, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity and a VGA camera on the front for web conferencing purposes. Expect to see the Asus Eee PC T101MT hit Italy next month for 499 Euros.

You wouldn't understand it by the never ending barrage of black PowerBook's through the '90s, and even the onyx MacBooks within the mid-00s, but dark-clad machines from Apple were typically non-existant until Cupertino got fascinated about laptops, excluding in fact the ill-fated Macintosh TV.
