The Sinchun M5 Mobile Internet Device (MID) from Shenzen could prove to be a rather interesting device after dissecting its specifications – it comes with an Intel Atom Z515 processor, a 5″ touchscreen display at 800 x 480 resolution, 1GB RAM, a 16GB SSD, Bluetooth connectivity, a 1.3-megapixel camera, optional GPS as well as 3G modules. Powered by a full Windows 7 operating system, we do wonder why did they throw in a 2-cell 1,900mAh battery – could it have enough juice? No idea on pricing, but it ought to be coming soon.
