HTC HD mini heads for the FCC

Whenever a device makes an appearance on the FCC, it is with anticipation that said device will soon hit the market as well, although that is not the case always. The HTC HD mini does seem set for a North America release with its 3G network support, where it will come with the Windows Mobile 6.5.3 operating system, a 3.2″ display and a 600MHz processor. The HD mini is touted to be the budget version of the HD2, but it won’t skimp on multi-touch input and comes with HTC’s own Sense UI as well.
