Sprint knows just how eco-conscious many of us are these days, and hence has decided to introduce the spanking new green Samsung Restore messaging phone, which is an offshoot of the Samsung Reclaim. Using recyclable materials to make up its body and some innards, the Samsung Restore won’t turn any heads for its technological capability, as this is pretty much an entry-level handset with a full QWERTY keyboard to underline its messaging intent, Bluetooth connectivity, a 2-megapixel camera for candid shots, a microSD memory card slot and one-click access to various social networking sites while you’re on the go. Out this summer, it will retail for $49.99 a pop in Midnight and Limeade.colors with a 2-year contract after a $50 rebate.
