Google Calendar Outage

Google Calendar Outage

Cloud services are really useful, but there is always the niggling worry that there might be an outage at the company that is hosting all your information. Google has been through outages before, notably with its Gmail service, and now reports are in that a significant number of users seem to be unable to access their Google Calendar, being presented with a “server error” page instead of the schedule of their Hawaiian holiday. Apparently the problem has been resolved, but the search engine giant hasn’t released any information explaining the outage. Hopefully such outages don’t happen too often as more and more people are becoming connected to cloud services nowadays.
