Will T-Mobile's Project Emerald Offer The HTC Desire

Whispers have been going around regarding T-Mobile’s Project Emerald, and while there aren’t many details regarding this device just yet, it hints that it’s related to a handset launch, possibly a new phone that’s similar to Google’s Nexus One. With that in mind, it’s easy to imagine the HTC Desire as a possible candidate, and we’re sure that T-Mobile subscribers wouldn’t mind a pretty looking Snapdragon-powered Android device that sports a 3.7-inch AMOLED display. Of course, this is still a rumor at this point, but it’s worth noting that T-Mobile has always been supportive of Google’s Android OS, so it really wouldn’t surprise us to see the HTC Desire (or a similar device) showing up on T-Mobile. What device are you hoping for?
