Bandai and Softbank team up to release Gunpla phone in limited quantities

Are you a huge fan of the Gundam series? If you’re living in Japan, then you will be stoked to know that Bandai and Softbank have come together, where their combined might resulted in the Gunpla cellphone which is a limited edition handset to mark the 30th anniversary of Gundam figurines. Each handset will be accompanied by a 1:100 scale Gundam model kit, a Gunpla phone cradle and relevant decals. How about the handset, you ask? Well, it sports a 12.1-megapixel camera, an OLED display in a clamshell form factor. Gotta love you having to build the Gunpla phone cradle yourself from scratch, eh?
