While there still isn’t any official confirmation that the iPad and iPod touch will be getting cameras, we have recently seen an iPod touch leaked with a camera module on it. Now it seems that the folks who are going through the iPhone OS 4.0 beta 4 have found a few more gems. We’re talking about references to a flash module in the code, and error messages that seem to indicate that the iPod and iPad could also be getting camera modules with flash. Of course, just because the code is there doesn’t mean that Apple will be including cameras with flash modules in the next product iteration, but at least we know the code is there, and all it needs is the hardware, right?
