ExoPC Slate hands-on video

EXCLUSIF Prototype ExoPC en mains! http://bdgk.in/vc from Alexandre Vallières-Lagacé on Vimeo.

The ExoPC Slate which is touted be unveiled at Computex Taipei next month has gotten some pre-release love from the folks over at Blogue de Geek, as they groped a prototype while shooting a video of it. So far, initial impressions had more positives than negatives with a speedy boot-up time and smooth video playback courtesy of its Broadcom chip (which hopefully is more reliable than the ones in the Eee PC 1005PR) being one of the main highlights. Just in case you can’t remember what else the ExoPC Slate carries, it features an 8.9″ display at 1,024 x 600 resolution, powered by a 1.6GHz N270 Atom processor, 2GB RAM and Windows 7 as the operating system of choice. Hopefully pricing details will be revealed to the masses as well when the ExoPC experiences a show-and-tell at Computex next month.
