NVIDIA has just released a new driver that brings significant new features and improvements, including support for Blu-Ray 3D, ultra-high image quality features (up to 96x anti-aliasing*), better multi-GPU control, OpenGL 4.0 (tessellation, 3D vision), 3D Vision Surround and of course improved performance for NVIDIA’s GTX 400 Series ranging from 5% to 25% depending on the games.
Besides the performance, my personal favorite is the new multi-GPU setup that lets you decide how you want to spread the resources: want all three GPUs to work on graphics? yup. Two for graphics and one for physics? piece of cake.
*anti-aliasing is a form of filtering that makes real-time 3D images smoother.
