HTC Desire could receive Android 2.2 update later next month

It seems that the HTC Desire could benefit from the release of the Android 2.2 update at the end of June, thanks to a leak from someone who had a chat with the customer service claiming that the new update will arrive on June 23rd to be exact, where apps can be installed on the microSD memory card then. If that is the case and proven true, then HTC Desire owners can look forward to installing FroYo in about a month’s time. Till then, be happy with Android 2.1, eh?
