Thermaltake Challenger Pro gaming keyboard gets cooling fan

Most of us would associate high end computers to come equipped with cooling fans, and big ones at that to boot. Who would have ever thought that the humble keyboard itself would feature a cooling fan? The folks over at Thermaltake certainly did, where their new gaming keyboard known as Challenger Pro was unveiled at Computex 2010, where the integrated cooling fan is also accompanied by a red LED backlight to make you look meaner than you actually are. The cooling fan looks attached to the top left hand segment of the keyboard, where it will face your fingers – presumably to keep those with sweaty palms feeling dry for a more comfortable gaming experience. The two grooves across the top segment of the keyboard seem to let you place the cooling fan anywhere along it according to your preference, making it ideal for both right handed folks and southpaws.
