
Could RIM be looking to allow us to lock and unlock (maybe even control) our cars with a BlackBerry in the future? The company has filed a trademark application for a BlackBerry Drive, and it refers to a device described as:
“Key fobs; non-electric cables and wires of common metal; small items of metal hardware; goods of common metal not included in other classes”
Details of this filing weren’t really very clear about what device could be churned out by it, but what do you think will be possible to do with your BlackBerry in the future?
