Google Voice Opens Up To US Public

Google has finally opened up their Google Voice service to everyone – everyone who resides in the US, at least. This means that there won’t be any more invitations required if you were to jump aboard Google Voice. This news ought to put a skip in the step of many people, since Google’s web-based platform that manages your communications is pretty nifty, being full well capable of delivering voicemail that works like email, not to mention enjoying free calls and text messages to the U.S. and Canada alongside low-priced international calls among others. No idea on when the big G is willing to make it free and available to everyone else on the planet though.
