Newsmy C66 Color eBook Reader Announced

Newsmy has been churning out quite a number of eBook readers recently, and now the Chinese company has announced the upcoming release of its fourth eBook reader, the C66. The most notable difference between this unit and its previous offerings is that it ditches the E-Ink display and uses a color LCD instead, apparently allowing it to playback 1080p videos, which E-Ink displays obviously aren’t capable of at the moment. It also features a sleek design, and weighs in at 230 grams. Pricing and release date of the C66 weren’t mentioned.
