Summer’s here for folks living in the northern hemisphere, which means it is time to take out the sun tan lotion and spend some hours with a good book, baking under direct sunlight to achieve that lovely shade of brown that you so desire. Of course, there is always a chance of overdoing it, which is why this DIY Mr. Burns sun burn alarm would come in handy. All you need to do is enter your skin type, sunscreen type, and UV levels for the day and you’re good to go. Don’t take the device’s readings as the gospel truth though although it has been described to be fairly accurate. Just make sure you have enough sunscreen on to prevent cancer at worst down the road.
