Verizon Wireless to offer iPhone 4 in January?

Bloomberg News has reported that those who are not subscribers of AT&T and yet wish to get their hands on the iPhone 4 might finally be able to live out that dream in January 2011. Apparently, Bloomberg says that Verizon Wireless will start selling Apple’s iPhone 4 from early next year onwards, with many positive signs pointing towards such a scenario. After all, it makes sense to do business with the largest US carrier the moment Apple’s exclusivity agreement ends with AT&T. One of the reasons for the seemingly momentary delay would be Apple’s engineers working on a new 4G iPhone that can play nice on Verizon’s new LTE (Long Term Evolution) network. While this network isn’t commercially available just yet, there is also another concern – there are still no products in the market to take advantage of such a network.
