Toshiba and Intel to delivers convertible Classmate PC to Japanese younglings

Toshiba and Intel have come together to offer the convertible Classmate PC to youngsters in Japan, which is right in the nick of time since the new school year is starting. You won’t find anything out of the ordinary with an Intel Atom N450 1.66GHz processor running everything from within, although it will come in an overhauled design which holds a 160GB hard drive and a lovely 10.1″ 1,366 x 768 resolution touchscreen display. The display itself can flip around to make room for pen input thanks to its included stylus, and with students being rather boisterous during their more excitable moments, the entire device is protected by a rubberized and ruggedized case. It has been dubbed the Toshiba CM1 in the Land of the Rising Sun just in case you’re a huge fan of trivia.
