Canon Wonder Camera spotted at the Shanghai World Expo

Canon Wonder Camera spotted at the Shanghai World Expo

At the Shanghai World Expo, Canon revealed to the world its plans for the future, calling their device the Wonder Camera which merges both stills and video capability into a single device. This model comes with an extremely high-speed focus that not only keeps the shot in focus, not to mention the ability to pick and choose a static image of your choice by plucking out one from the video frames. Needless to say, since this is a model that hails from the future, it will come with an extremely high, albeit undefined resolution that allows photographers to crop it without losing practical levels of detail. Canon also hopes to integrate a speedy wireless networking connectivity, not to mention face detection and super telephoto ranges. Hopefully Canon will implement some of the Wonder Camera’s features in its newer range of DSLRs.
