The Compass iPad Stand [Ipad]

The Compass iPad Stand [Ipad]The Joule stand was my favorite iPad stand until I saw Twelvesouth\’s Compass. Now my heart is divided. I like the angular design and its portability. But what I love is its price: Just $40.

At $129, the Joule is much too expensive to the vast majority of people. At $40, the Compass seems reasonable enough. It also solves a few of the issues I noted in my review: Gazing the photos, you should use the dock cable in portrait and landscape mode. It also looks light. While I really like to tote my Joule around, oftentimes I leave it at home because it\’s way too heavy.

I will try it to peer if it beats the forged feel and ease of the Joule, but based on price alone, I bet many iPad users would favor the Compass. [Twelvesouth]
