Feeling like a game of catch, but the sun’s gone down? Test this DIY ball full of LEDs. They light up randomly as the ball is shaken up, like a number of angry fireflies trapped in a globe.

It’s a fairly simple process: gather up 15+ LEDs (this one uses 150) and a 3V battery. Dump inside transparent sphere. Celebrate! [ Instructables via Make Blog ]
