Google Street View Invades Antarctica [StreetView]

Apparently there’s not any pavement left to triumph over, so the expeditioners at Google Street View have ventured to the frosty South Pole to mean you can stroll around online. My question is why are there so most people will just hanging out?

Brian McClendon, VP of Engineering at Google Earth and Maps, snapped the footage while on a contemporary Antarctic trek to Half Moon Island together with his wife. It kind of feels like a gorgeous nice place! Penguins, sunshine, (frigid) water-and apparently quite a lot of dudes in orange jackets just variety of lounging around.
