I believed the F-35 helmet looked scary . Then I saw this carbon fiber insectoid helmet, and I believed about Nazi UFO pilots coming to invade us from the Moon.
Then I discovered it’s not real, and I got giddy and wondered at the best 3D work.

Even knowing it’s 3D, I will be able to believe it’s a real thing made by Lockheed Martin. But the helmet was created by artist Vitaly Bulgarov for a Siggraph 2010 demo of the awesome ultra-realistic 3D rendering engine Keyshot . [Thanks Paquito!]
