Like every craft, pinball rightly has its unwavering devotees. The Pacific Pinball Museum is where they congregate to attach, restore, and most all: play. Watching these pinball wizards work their magic, you may’t help but check for spare quarters.
Pinheads was filmed in 2009, and does an immense job showing the enthusiasm of the folk who devote themselves to the thrill of pinball. The museum itself, founded inside the late 90s by Michael Schiess, hosts an annual Pacific Pinball Expo , bringing out 400 restored machines to be admired and fed. It’s history you may play with. It sounds-and looks-like heaven. [ b3ta ]
