Shameful Google Street View Photo Prompts Man To Lose 100 Pounds [Diet]

Shameful Google Street View Photo Prompts Man To Lose 100 Pounds [Diet] When Bob Mewse saw himself in this Google Street View image about a year ago, he was mortified about his appearance. He was so mortified, if truth be told, that he began a strict diet and exercise regiment to lose 100 pounds.

According to Mewse, the image above was the incentive he needed to finally change his life:

I was horrified after I saw that photo. I was massive. My belly was sticking out and I looked huge. I’d been brooding about losing a few pounds for a while but after for the reason that picture, I knew that I myself had to do something about it. I was in such bad condition that I was unable to walk and talk mutually. My blood pressure was sky-high and I was getting back problems because of the excess weight I was carrying around.

Mewse lost a third of his body weight through a healthy diet and exercise regiment overseen by an individual trainer. Up to now he has maintained his new weight. [ Telegraph ]
