Gmail recently added the facility to make phone calls from your inbox, and they’ve recently (silently) rolled out the facility to record incoming calls in addition.
While we mentioned call recording as a cool strategy to benefit from Gmail calling , Google adding in this selection means you don’t need any extra software to get the job done-just hit the record button to record the call with Google Voice. Note that it only works for incoming calls-you won’t be capable of record calls you initiate from your Gmail inbox.
Google hasn’t officially announced anything concerning the new feature, but reports of its existence are cropping up everywhere in the net. We tested it ourselves, and likely enough, provided that the call was incoming and not outgoing, that little record button popped right up.
