$10 Gets You a Flat-Rate Plan on Onlive’s Game Streaming Service [Onlive]

Gets You a Flat-Rate Plan on Onlives Game Streaming Service [Onlive] OnLive’s online game streaming service just got more appetizing, with a $10 flat-rate PlayPack plan to get all of the games you possibly can eat for one price. The sole caveat is that you just don’t get ALL games OnLive has.

The PlayPack launches on Jan 15, 2011, for money. It’s free until then for OnLive game system owners (the MicroConsole). You get 40 games, including slightly older games, indie games and games that didn’t perform so well. The most recent, hot titles, OnLive will still reserve for folk to rent or purchase. Like I said within the OnLive MicroConsole look , they’re going to eventually have higher-priced flat-rate plans where that you could have access to those newer releases.

Here’s a brief list of some titles as a way to be available:

• Prince of Persia®, Ubisoft
• NBA® 2K10, 2K Sports
• Tomb Raider™: Underworld, Square-Enix
• F.E.A.R. 2, Warner Bros
• Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X.™, Ubisoft
• Unreal Tournament® 3, Epic
• Vin Diesel Wheelman™, Ubisoft
• LEGO® Batman™, Warner Bros
• Defense Grid® Gold, Hidden Path
• Saw, Konami
• World of Goo, 2D Boy

3D printers, 3D scanners and robotics are frequently good enough all alone to get us inquisitive about something, but a team of researchers at Drexel University have played a further big trump card with their latest project -- they've thrown dinosaurs into the mixture. As you can most likely surmise, that project involves using a 3D scanner to create models of dinosaur bones, that are… »

Today TiVo announced its earnings for Q4 2011 and the whole year, but the best note was word of some new boxes at the way. From the sound of factors, the corporate will deliver a four stream transcoder akin to the only we saw demonstrated at CES (pictured above) in a position to dispensing video to multiple devices (phones, tablets, etc.) inside the home simultaneously. Also at the… »
