The Gymygym chair combines the ergonomics of a Herman Miller with the advantage of 16 resistance band, core exercises. It’s presupposed to help people get a good workout while sitting at their office chair.

Come on, it looks somewhat like a torture chair, right? The chair will retail for $600 and is derived in three different colors. Here’s the way to exercise routine with such a chairs:
