Cops Use a Bouncy Castle To assist Prevent a Suicide [Image Cache] When negotiations with a potential jumper went downhill last night in Swansea, police did the only real logical thing: call in an inflatable castle from Bop And Bounce to damage his fall. Seriously.

If it seems like something out of a sitcom, that’s because it really is! Happened on The Office. This time, though, no person was playing for comedic effect-I feel.

Fortunately, after a seven hour standoff, the cops were finally ready to convince the 64-year old man to come back down from his perch via the stairs, not the sky, and he was quickly escorted to the local hospital. The castle was deflated, presumably in fact involved got in a handy guide a rough victory bounce. [ Daily Mail ]
