The Spider-Man Broadway musical is asking like a very bad idea. After one actress suffered a concussion and two actors injured themselves, yesterday Spider-Man himself crashed from a bridge into an open pit.
He wasn’t the lead actor-Reeve Carney, who plays both Ny’s favorite wall crawler and Peter Parker-but one of the vital actors who plays Spidey during one of the most action scenes. Apparently, the audience believed the fall was all element of the show until they heard a girl screaming and sobbing. The production company hasn’t give any information in regards to the identity of the actor or his current state, but it surely doesn’t look good at all:
Natalie Mendoza, who plays Arachne within the play, tweeted this shortly after the accident:
Please pray with me for my friend Chris, my superhero who quietly inspires me everyday along with his spirit. a gentle in my heart went dim tonight.
The Big Apple Times says the actor could also be Christopher Tierney, ” who is an aerialist and ensemble member within the musical.”
The Ny State Department of Labor is going to appear into the placement, in step with spokesman Leo Rosales: ” We’ll be speaking to the production team, checking the harnesses, cables, and other equipment, and looking to determine what happened, and we’ll have additional information after that.” Meanwhile, the show debut has been delayed two weeks, to February 7.
