Nike Training Club is Your New, Handheld Personal Trainer [Video] This free fitness training app is geared towards women, but I don’t see any the reason for this is that a guy can’t benefit in addition. After sampling the butt buster workout (see video above), I will be able to definitely feel the burn-although I probably was some distance off on proper form.

What’s great about Nike Training Club is that it has a ton of exercises you are able to learn individually, but in addition groups them into specific workouts. At any point within the workout, you could stop to get a video demonstration of ways to do the current exercise. The app may even time each individual exercise and tell you when it’s time to head on. Once you’re done, your workout earns you rewards minutes so that you can eventually unlock badges like ” Contender” or, my favorite, ” Destroyer” (although I feel it may be ” Fat Destroyer” ). While I’m unsure these badges are an outstanding incentive to exercise more, the app itself must be enough.

One of the hardest parts about moving into shape is knowing the entire right exercises. Nike Training Club teaches you the way to target specific areas of your body, helps you do the exercises, and keeps you targeted heading in the right direction. You may’t ask for a lot more than that. But in case you were to ask for more, you’d probably want it to be free. And it’s miles.
