The MySpace page has been taken down but his picture within the profile does match his description (that is admittedly general), ” a young white man who appeared like a ” fringe character,” in his mid-to-late 20s, clean-shaven with short hair.”
His purported Youtube account is usually eery and suffering from videos like this:
