Suing or getting sued by your employer? Good luck! But additionally, don’t use your work email account-a California court of appeals says any exchange between you and your lawyer may be used as evidence against you in court.

The case in question, that of a girl who sued her former employer over alleged ” severe emotional distress,” was ended after her company used her own emails against her to point out that she only sued after being prodded by a lawyer.
