If we’re not participating in a jet-powered water cannon arms race yet, we’d like to get going. Because whenever you watch China’s $456,000 monster shoots four lots of water per minute, you’re going to need one of our own.

That contraption-meant to suppress office fires-has various nearly 400 feet, and expels water fast enough to not just douse flames but choke the oxygen out of them. Come on, scientists of America.
