Been having trouble with the PlayStation Network or any Sony website today? You’re not alone. A widespread outage that started in Europe last night has now spread to North America, and none apart from hacktivist group Anonymous is claiming responsibility for the attacks. As you’ll discover above, however, Sony is singing a touch different tune, and says simply that “sporadic maintenance” could cause PSN service to be interrupted within the day. Because, really, you could never do an excessive amount of “sporadic” maintenance.
