Fabrice Bellard builds PC emulator in JavaScript to run Linux in a browser

Uninterested in fooling around with Android apps on your web browser courtesy of Amazon’s virtual machine ? Well, as a result of super hero programmer Fabrice Bellard, now you can try your hand at something a bit of more difficult. “For fun,” he built an entire PC emulator in JavaScript, after which used it to run a completely functioning version of Linux in an internet browser.
