Google TVs pop up in Android Market device listings, still can’t download apps

Just days ago, Google snapped up SageTV to strengthen its Google TV ecosystem. Now, the team in Mountain View seems to be on its solution to making good on its promise to position the Android Market at the platform in addition. People with a Revue or other Google TV system can now see them listed as “other” of their list of My Devices available in the market. Obviously, you cannot actually download any apps for your Google-fied box just yet, but it is a start, right? Besides, if you are really that anxious for Google to provide you access to Market apps, you are able to just get your hands dirty and do it yourself .
