Gmail for Mobile gets a facelift, now ready for its Retina Display close-up

Gmail for mobile was looking a bit tired round the eyes, so Google went ahead and gave the ol’ web app a cosmetic lift. Email messages can now be manually refreshed with a top-down pull and release — a feature identical to Twitter’s own drag-down approach. The team also added somewhat finesse to inbox navigation with new sliding transitions, or even beefed up the graphical interface, taking full good thing about that Retina Display . Curious to look these tune-ups in action? Then head to the source on your own hands-on.
